This is one of those nail biting kind of posts for me, because fashion is not exactly something I am amazing at and I certainly don't have the 'perfect body' I guess you can say, not that there is such a thing anyway. I've always had confidence issues within myself and whilst blogging has helped me overcome so many of them, there was still the whole body confident issue to face. Over the past few months I've been trying to work on accepting my body just the way it is… by focusing on being fit & healthy rather than 'super skinny' (something which I used to admire in my younger years). When Luxemme contacted me for a collaboration with them, I figured it was the best opportunity to step out of my bubble and introduce fashion into my blog (my kind of way). With such a fantastic variety to choose from I didn't even know where to begin, but I stuck to what suits me and what I would feel comfortable with.
This Black Sauville Long Sleeve Cut Out Playsuit* fits my shape nicely & hugs my curves in all the right places, which I love. As someone who is a little bit more conservative with their outfit choices, the cut out shapes do feel a little bit too daring for me. As a whole it looks lovely, but I would be one of those girls that would be constantly trying to cover up if I was wearing this out. I've already looked at the possibility of bringing the neckline a bit higher & it seems like it might be a quick, simple fix… so it's probably what I will end up doing to make sure that I wear it with confidence. What I love most is the cut out back, as it looks beautiful & adds to that sexy feel to it. I also really like that this kind of style where the shorts flare out to create the illusion that it might in fact be a skirt. The material feels really nice & soft to the touch, so I can see this a long lasting piece in my wardrobe.
I'm really happy I gave fashion a chance on this blog & I've loved discovering Luxemme, they are definitely the brand you should go to if you are looking for an outfit for your nights out. I can already see myself wearing this on my next date night… Have you heard of the brand before? I'd love to hear your thoughts.
