Pink To Make The Boys Wink

Valentine's Makeup Tutorial

Cheesy title I know but I couldn't help myself, seeing as today is the day of love and by that I mean the highly commercialised Valentine's Day. So on this day when apparently all form off PDA is acceptable, I thought I would post a makeup look suited for a hot date with your other half or your bff. It's all about the soft pinks and the natural glow, which of course can be worn any day of the year not just on the 14th of February.
As you I can see I decided to change up the layout of my makeup look tutorials slightly, meaning I won't be showing step by step photos or talking through each step individually. I was starting to feel like all my makeup tutorials were starting to look very similar & kind of blurred into each other, which is why the change came about. But don't worry if you've got any questions at all about products or application, etc please ask away in the comments below and I'll always try my best to give you the best answer I can give.
Face was kept dewy and natural, using some light bronzing and a rosy highlight:
The Body Shop Drops Of Youth Wonderblur (sample I'm currently testing out, so far so good but I will need a few more applications before deciding wether to purchase the full size)
MAC Pro Long Wear Foundation & Concealer (both NC20)
MAC Mineralise Skinfinish Natural (Medium)
MAC Fix +
Benefit Hoola Bronzer
MAC Mineralise Skinfinish Stereo Rose (limited edition)

Brows are all about my go to product:
Anastasia Beverly Hills DipBrow Pomade

Eyes are all about the rose shades with a hint of definition and full lashes:
Urban Decay Naked 3 palette (shades Limit, Liar, Factory, Buzz, Blackheart)
Benefit Rollerlash (sample from Elle magazine)
Lips are my favourite kind of nude shade with a hint of pink and a glossy finish:
MAC Creme Cup
Maybelinne Colour Sensational Gloss (Fabulous Pink)

So what are you up to on this lovey dovey day? Have you got anything special planned? I've got a cinema date with my little one (first time) watching the brand new Peppa Pig movie, very exciting. Tonight I'll be staying in for the night with a few chocolate treats and a movie as my boyfriend has to work, but to be honest I don't even mind (can you tell I'm getting old)…
